Refund policy

All In STORE  Sales are final.

All product orders are non-refundable if opened. 

Damaged packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not fault of Truebellalashes but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival.

All tweezer are  hand tested and inspected before being shipped out. We are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 3 days after the date it was delivered .  It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. 

For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. Refund will be initiated once we receive the package again.
